The Elórtegui name at the USA

There are many Elórtegui families at the USA. They can be found in Alabama, Florida, California, New York and Philadelphia.

We have contact just with the Philadelphia branch, the descendants of  Enrique Elórtegui Menchaca  and his wife Raquel Rodríguez. They arrive to Cuba about 1900 and, later, in the '60, the family moves to USA. The genealogy of this branch of Elórtegui dates back to 1750 and it is verified its origin from Maruri (Vizcaya, España), the ancestral home of the family..
